There are not many cons

The company is small, so having a good initiative allows you to touch a lot of clients and see lots of business systems/data. It is very organic and everyone is good to work with. Managers are there and you learn as you go.

Sometimes you are overloaded, but they are understanding. The salary is close to industry average, but mainly based on goal initiatives being met. Not a ton of direction or support at times.
