      Felt like a family. Everyone got on well and worked hard. They take on smart people with little to no experience and train them up well.

      Cons

      Compensation isn't the greatest if you don't have much experience

      Pros

      The company is small, so having a good initiative allows you to touch a lot of clients and see lots of business systems/data. It is very organic and everyone is good to work with. Managers are there and you learn as you go.

      Cons

      Sometimes you are overloaded, but they are understanding. The salary is close to industry average, but mainly based on goal initiatives being met. Not a ton of direction or support at times.
