No idea of work/life balance, partially toxic environment because of management's unhealthy workaholic approach; Archaic HR system - no professional induction system for new employees (even those coming from other industries), no training system for anyone except management; Bad office with no tea/coffee for employees but with smelly toilets; A sometimes cruel and cannibalistic culture of hiring and firing people.
