      Family run business, hard work ethic throughout and constant drive from the top to keep achieving more. Strong belief in promoting employees to higher roles, through experience.

      Cons

      Lack of efficient bonus scheme in place. Sometimes can feel micromanaged. Organisation of jobs can be improved.

      I’ve been with Polyteck for six months and it’s been the best career move I’ve made so far. Despite growing to around 250 employees, the company has maintained a family-business feel while still being run very professionally. The owners are highly knowledgeable and switched on to the industry, which is reflected in the company’s continued growth and success. Competitive pay, no micromanagement, and a strong company ethos make Polyteck a great place to work.
