      The advantages of working at the universidad politecnica de Puerto Rico are: Good work environment, good location, in case of studying you have discount in the tuition, etc.

      At the moment, I have not felt that I have any disadvantages.

      Low salary, no raises in the last 2 years. Overworked doing 3 roles sometimes with little to no support from main campus.
