      I have learned a lot and made a lot of connections (Outside of PCC)

      Cons

      Most people got their job by knowing people, not by their skill.. No leadership. Family Oriented Community (Its a Pro and Con)

      The PCC is a one of a kind place to work, and the people you meet and work with are incredible.

      Cons

      Hot in the sun, but that's Hawaii for you. Best to wear sunscreen and enjoy the work.
