Have much freedom and boss encourage to do many different things provided that we have hit the bare min target.
Environment is fine, not amazing not poor either.

Things are a bit repetitive but it can be a good thing because for someone like me, being unable to come out with new ideas all the time, it's a mix of slow and fast pace at the same time.
