Decent working environment, boss is understanding.

Still a startup, will take time for them to grow bigger

Have much freedom and boss encourage to do many different things provided that we have hit the bare min target. Environment is fine, not amazing not poor either.

Things are a bit repetitive but it can be a good thing because for someone like me, being unable to come out with new ideas all the time, it's a mix of slow and fast pace at the same time.
