Management Sucks - Team Leader Polymet Corp Employee Review

The profit sharing program was nice. Everyone had a nice check of at least 10k coming every march. Benefits were very nice, the hour grace period and personal time are highlights of the job. Just like every other manufacturing job their are a few employees who ruin the experience though.

Management could have been better. Very quick to do lay-offs to ensure the profit sharing pool stays fat for themselves. Lots of favoritism and politics between management and employees. Overall a decent place to work if you can negotiate a better starting wage.
