The people were great to work with, very friendly and always willing to help and ask questions make sure that you understood everything. The projects were interesting. Co-ops ideas were usually heard and considered.

Some tasks were repetitive, but it wasn't too bad. It was a good place to have an internship, but couldn't see myself there full time wasn't always the most organized.

Very small company so you get to know each other very well. Provides very good pay for co-ops and other employees. You also get to work with the entire manufacturing process and have enormous freedom. The opinion of even the co-op's are taken seriously; They are asked for their input and thoughts on various different topics.

Sometimes the work is a little repetitive.
