I strongly advise delivery drivers to think carefully before joining Polymedic Trading Enterprise Pte Ltd.
The working environment is extremely stressful. The boss, who is around 88 years old, often calls drivers repeatedly while they are on the road and demands they return to the office even when there is no urgent reason.
He frequently uses harsh or disrespectful language toward employees and pressures staff to resign. Because of this, the company experiences a very high turnover rate — I’ve never seen so many employees leaving so quickly.
