I cannot think of any cons right now

As the practice manager, I work closely with the clinicians to ensure that our clients receive the absolute highest quality assessment possible. It’s incredibly rewarding to be able to deliver such a powerful product to students and adults who are struggling at school or in the workplace. The clinicians are a joy to work with and their warmth and passion are infectious. I get the opportunity to creatively tackle most solutions which is empowering and ensures the job never becomes dull. The overall culture at Polygon is very positive. Employee input is valued and heard with collaboration emphasized at all levels. Additionally, I really enjoy the option to work fully remotely. It allows me to optimize my day and avoid wasting needless hours in LA traffic.

There is a good chance you will be asked to wear new hats or multiple hats. This is great for someone who enjoys variety but might not be for people who don't.
