one group of sales is 100% US Jobs, 99% Made in America and mostly recyclable and reusable. Great work/life balance, employees come and go as they please. Office workers have ability to work from home.
Cons
one group of sales is 0% Made in America, imported and non recyclable. White collar management is indecisive and blocks all employee suggestions/ideas causing rampant negativity with hourly workers. Employee Handbook rules are applied on a case by case basis (favoritism). Future is uncertain due to change in ownership and clearer lines of division of sales groups.
