Pros

Great benefits and great co-workers

Cons

Salaries based upon national average according to the Dept of Labor for the poverty-stricken area vs. the level of difficulty and responsibility of the job or qualifications of the employee. Every female is viewed as an administrative assistant and is celebrated as such on National Administrative Professionals Day even if their job is the exact same as their male counterparts. No option for remote work on a regular basis. Invasive cubicle environment with no privacy. Standard outdated 8-5 structure with mandatory clock-in/out for salaried employees. No yearly reviews, as this are typically associated with annual salary increases of which this company is not fond. No cost-of-living increases.
