Pros

Checks don’t bounce and come in on time Night shift crew is very helpful and understanding

Cons

Plant manager has a chip on his shoulder and is extremely rude absolutely speaks poorly of employees behind their back, don’t expect him to understand anything going on outside of work. OT is expected, many people working 5 days 12 hour shifts. No one believes or listens to complaints about leads and management. Most of the machinery is on its last leg. The worst workers seem to get promotions and raises, makes sense why most of the leads are awful at their job and extremely lazy. The warehouse is extremely hot in the summer, they say they have evap coolers but it definitely doesn’t feel like it, on any given day the ambient air temps outside were lower than inside the warehouse. There is no sense of team in any department. Watch out for lamination lead, he will stab you in the back just to do it. Pay is also very low for the duties you may be required to do, they also somehow get away with having no shift differentials
