      Pros

      The people at Poly are great! Really friendly colleagues to work with. The network of partners and distributors is pleasant and professional. The hybrid working culture is great. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      No salary rise for 3 years. Poor commission plan. Big workload. Top management really disconnected from the rest of the company.
