Pros
- Good salary if one has proper competences and experience - Good place for self development - Probably the best team manager I ever met (Since Polycom acquisition) - A friendly place to work, understanding management - Great work from home culture - Hands-on experience on supported products - Some really good customers
Cons
- Morale - Not a workplace for mentally week people - A horrible place for a beginner with no experience (massive amount of things to learn, high expectations from customers at the same time) - Absolute lack of proper guidance from senior colleagues, very often one is on his own - Higher management sucks, sometimes it feels like being a commando team ruled by scouts. - Not really sure what are current company goals
