Pros
I guess you can say a couple of pros are free coffee/tea and free parking! Normal associates are wonderful and are all just trying to keep their heads down so they are not in the firing line!
Cons
Management are narcissistic (UK Marketing, Sales and HR) they over communicate a large amount fluff and nonsense, then they change the goal posts every quarter (sometimes in the quarter) so people are left wondering what the hell they are supposed to be doing!? HR do a great job of supporting the company, but in no way support the employees. Left feeling very stressed and with mental health issues - its all a front, but they actually believe their own hype!! Enter if you dare,,, and good luck!
