Work and life balance is very good. Salaries are acceptable for Serbia levels.

Basically everything else. Lack of development, poor managerial structure, mass layoffs.

- good salary - a lot of experts in telecommunications

- no transparency (about leaving people) - minimum taxes paid for 2 months in 2019 - huge turnover rate (more than 15 people got fired or left for 12 months) - promotions of non-competent people - not executing promises (about options, new equipment etc.) - no agile processes - not reacting on decreasing number of employees - managers with 0 soft skills - honest feedback is not appreciated
