Pros

Salary is a pro. They will pay for the work that one does.

Cons

Benefits used to be great, until they changed the PTO/sick policy this spring. Flexibility is no longer on the table. Forcing the support staff (LAA's) to RTO on a 4 day work week basis for no conceivable reason whatsoever. Giving OA promotions to individuals who do not know the job and the responsibilities of the role. The OA only being seen when there is a petty problem, other than that the OA might as well not exist. The attorneys are completely separate from the staff, except for proximity. They claim to be inclusive and that is not true.
