Pros
The manager at the specific Pollo Tropical I worked at was quite flexible with me when deciding my hours, since I could only work on Fridays and weekends. Friendly environment with the other workers, there were many laughs to be had.
Cons
No consideration for the workers, they only cared about making sure everybody worked less than 40 hours to ensure nobody received benefits of any kind. It got to the point that whenever a worker reached 40 hours or more of work in a week, all hours past 39 would be moved to the following work week and that worker's hours would be reduced accordingly. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate towards the workers.
