Pros
Pros are great destinations if GM 2x a year other than that it's a waste No appreciation to GMs. Accountability is preached but not followed thru from above.
Cons
DM's and above Management don't care about You! As long as doors open, it's normal biz. GM's are underpaid with amount of hours worked! Not worth the Pay, and bonus structures get harder to get. Don't believe "quality of life" company. Not True! Maybe for Upper management.
