Under-staffed and over-worked - Dining Room Attendant Pollo Tropical Employee Review

They try to get one employee to do the work of two people frequently. Several co-workers have complained about the place being under-staffed, so we are often doing the work of 1.5 to 2 people to make up for this. For example, I have worked as a cashier, a server, and preparing meals all at the same time, with help of course. I've seen quite a few people quit already because of this and I've only worked here for 4 months.
