Night shifts are stressful because managers are almost always in a bad mood by the end of the day. Staff never looks happy, mainly because of management and the overall work environment The restaurant is always severely understaffed and it ends up being a problem when everyone gets paid differently and those who get paid least have to do the work of three people every night. Because of all the cuts in employees, hours became a problem for everyone, with some people getting scheduled only one day a week. Just a difficult environment for anyone to work in. It seems like everyone's always stressed so it's really hard to have fun while you're there.
