Very poor working evironment in some stores created by GMs working for bonuses and using threats and intimidation to attempt to increase employee production. This makes it difficult for asst managers and team leaders to motivate hourly employees who are are told by ther GM that they never do enough, and are rarely, if ever, praised for what they do. This leads to poor moral and even lower production and customer order accuracy because of low self-esteem. Very poor home life and sleep for mgrs. Sometimes close one night and open next morning.
