Pros

- The Firm is paying way above market rate salaries to attract new talent (there is no other way they can recruit due to reasons below).

Cons

- Firm-wide culture is opposite to written values. There is no space for 'catalytic collaboration' or patience for 'relentless tenacity'. - No direct incentive to collaborate or pursue innovative approaches tenaciously. - As a result, the Firm has no market-leading product, service or groundbreaking innovation in its six years of existence. - Firm's priorities can change just like London's weather. Leading to resource flight from projects and mandates. - Hostile and toxic workplace environment, perpetuated by a 'cancel culture' and insecure leadership. - Leadership has the power to 'cancel' individuals for any frivolous or unknown reasons. Subsequently, colleagues will decline to engage and collaborate with the targeted individual, potentially leading to a hasty and 'managed' exit. - New recruitments and layoff cycle depending on the Firm's ability to raise new capital.
