Pros

You'll work with some of the smartest people in the business. You'll learn a ton in a short amount of time ("drinking from a firehose" is an expression used around here), and get the opportunity to work on many different kinds of projects. The camaraderie between departments and throughout the company is great – it's my favorite part of being employed here. Finally, there are always dogs and food around the office, which is fun, distracting and fattening.

Cons

See "drinking from a firehose" comment from above. It can be overwhelming at times.

Pros

Very supportive environment, with respect for work life balance. Kind managers, good organization and structure.

Cons

The projects and clients could be fairly safe and boring. Advertising is not the priority at the company compared to their sister brand in the tech space.

Pollinate Response

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience at Pollinate has been so discouraging. While we understand that the past year has brought opportunities and changes for our business, we also recognize that those shifts can be difficult to experience firsthand. What we’ve seen internally is a team that’s genuinely committed to improving, supporting each other, and finding creative ways to continue our growth. It might not be perfect, but there’s a lot of passion and effort going into the future of the organization. While we understand the desire to share feedback in a public space to make an impact, and we appreciate the time you took to share your perspective, we also want to emphasize that we value and encourage open, confidential conversations with HR and/or management. These discussions allow us to better understand concerns and work together toward solutions that support a positive experience for everyone.
