Pros
middle managerment worked hard to solve conflict with long time employees but higher management did nothing to resolve issues. Higher management would take issues under advisment ONLY when outside sources were involved
Cons
conflicts with long time employee with system changes. management perferrred to lose good workers coming in and allow long term employees to "do their own thing" if higher management didn't have to be involved. In one day three very long term middle management walk off the job because they weren't being listened to by administration, which made working environment of new employees very difficult - they had no support.
