Cons
Comes the problem: working as a team not to make the business better. More often than not employees work together to put out fires and pacify Val because she insists on having things done her way without acknowledgement of her hires' background and expertise. Poor leadership as a whole comes bad management. If you like working under fear and unnecessary pressure, this place is for you. Rather than self-reflecting after the very apparent high turnover rate, Val got everyone to leave a positive Glassdoor review. While I believe this is quite a common business practice, it saddens me that my last sliver of hope that Val could reflect on herself and strive to improve as a leader, rather than choosing the backroad lobbying for positive reviews from employees operating under fear (or her naive interns).
