Highly unprofessional and un-responsive Human Resources Department, HR function fails to realize that it is there to serve the employees of PB and not rule them and that employees are customers for HR function, HR does not listen and address the most basic and genuine concerns of employees, Company observes double standards about quality for external customers and internal customers (the employees) failing to realize that it is not sustainable.
