      Pros

      Great opportunity for a fresher to work in (Technology Team wise). Working with upcoming technologies in all areas (DB, UI, Service Level, Analysis).

      Cons

      Salary and retaining policies are bit of a let down. Bit of a restriction to explore different technologies which is a given when it is a business based technology scenario.
