ONS are forecasting insurance selling and servicing is most at risk of automation as we progress through the decade. So what do we have here? Really strong business model, very capable minds in back office functions like marketing, IT and technical, a strong and very experienced operational leader who arguably does the job [and does it well] of 3 heads in an equivalent position in other places ... and don’t forget the excellent views from the office [ships come in and ships go out - you can watch for free - its so good]. The workforce is really pleasant with very few [if any] odd bods bearing in mind insurance is quite niche.
