Management held the idea meeting in their head, and try to make the employee to do the work very last minutes 3. You must willing to do everything, even it's not on your jobdesk. 4. not clear what kind of business their doing. A lot of hiring and a lot of layoff within the same year. 5. There is NO Yearly increment in the salary. you must negotiate at first before signing your contract. 6. There is no career development, you don't know where you going. Not good for long term.
