      Pay is good (because they struggle to attract engineers), UK Office is near the canteen

      Cons

      Shambolic way of operating, poor leadership, dominated by a few senior individuals, not interested in Quality. If you are a good engineer, you will be frustrated working at Polestar.

      Great team that worked together and superb clients across the US. Couldn't ask for more

      Travel, but it was made great by the teamwork and superb clients across the US. Couldn't ask for more in an organization.
