Good clients overshadowed by poor HR policies - Data Engineer Polestar Analytics Employee Review

Nothing good so cant say anything good. Only Cons working here. Every good rating is only because they make them sit next to management and ask them to write. Even the written material is provided by HR.

They don't care about you. Work for 24 hrs for them still they will say you don't work. They will show as if they care about you but they don't.

Great exposure for trainees to work on projects. Good learning environment.

No cafeteria and some other facilities which could be there.
