Pros

Fun team Some people were great to work with, they left that wretched place.

Cons

Culture steeped in bigotry. Hostile work environment. People are beat down and mean. If there were minus ratings, pole zero would get minus 100,000 Absolutely rotten. MPG has no idea how diseased pole zero is. Dover should close it down.

Pros

Good Team to work with. There are opportunities for internal growth but some of those are defined by retirements/role needs. Opportunity for 4-10 Hr days (Fridays off)

Cons

Communication and role requirements can be quite scattered

Pros

Pole/Zero has great people at all levels of the company. As an employee, I feel like I have the ability to contribute to the success of the business. There are a lot of seasoned employees here that are smart, helpful, friendly, and they are happy to share their knowledge so it is a great place to spend the workday! There have also been some recent great additions to my team. I truly believe that my manager notices my hard work and appreciates what I do which really means a lot to me. We are challenged but supported in those challenges! The company has a great work/life balance. Most people in manufacturing work (4) 10 hour days, other departments have the option of the normal (5) 8 hour work days or the alternate schedule of working 9 hour weekdays with every other Friday off. The company has nice perks like a corporate membership to Topgolf that ANY employee can use, alternating donuts or fruit on Thursday’s, holiday parties, cookouts, on-site company picnic during paid working hours, wellness events/contests and more. They also have an exceptional quarterly bonus program that EVERY employee is eligible for. Pole/Zero has supported fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society, Matthew 25 Ministries, the Hope House, Cystic Fibrosis, the Dover Foundation and the Freestore Foodbank, just to name the ones that come to mind. If you want a great place to work where you are valued, respected and appreciated, this is it.

Cons

I can't think of any.
