Pros
Can be a very good work environment with the right people. The boss treat you like humans with family and his motto is family is first.
Cons
Supervisor is not present and is not aware of the things going on in his Department so when things get out of hand or there's arguments it gets taken down to HR blown out of proportion and comes back on you like you are the bad person. But that can happen anywhere with a bunch of drama
