Pros
I'm hard pressed to find any pros about Polargy - a small company of few people, made you feel like they had your back!
Cons
* To all non-exempt employees ( paid on a hourly basis) - mgmt will ask you to stay home unpaid when the business sales is slow. * Micromanaged by senior member - keep unpleasant work environment when it does not happen the member's way. Very demotivating person and abusive sometimes (offensive, insulting, disrespectful & uncomplimentary). * There is NO formal performance evaluation nor regular 1:1s , but only when issues happen. * Unstructured environment - mgmt communication is on a cheat sheet paper. Any mistakes are not tolerated (ZERO TOLERANCE!) . Mgmt reacts with a long email & ultimatum . * Improvement process - None
