No scheduled breaks, 75 mins use it however you like for break. Rotating shifts one week 4 days the next 3 and so on.
Cons
12 hour shifts, depends what shift you work on B shift is the best for team work and making your day go by fast, good luck on A,C and D if you want no teamwork and lazy workers who don't help.
