Since the business introduced a 4-day work week and increased its coop student hiring, we have not had any turnover of software engineers, which makes me question the validity of this review.
Assuming for a minute that this is a valid review, then it's clear that you did not agree with the culture, management or strategy for the business. You have every right to make your own choices and I am thankful that you chose to not continue to work somewhere you do not want to be.

Our team is ever changing, and this does mean at times full-time roles are changed. Co-op students are an important part of our team, but they do not replace our full-time members. We have been growing both our full-time and co-op team and have plans to continue to do so.
Polar is a company full of opportunities, as our team continues to grow, so do our employees. Growth, however, comes from taking initiative and seeking out opportunities. If one does not advocate for themselves to grow, they will not.
