Pros

- Strong delivery teams, very capable and very experienced. - Lots of work flexibility

Cons

- Lack of sales process and lack of clarity around sales strategy. No defined market approach. Revenue goals are the only thing that has been defined. Lack of focus around managing Salesforce relationship. - Minimal sales support - no marketing, no demand generation programmes. No tracking of pipeline metrics or 'leading indicators' that measure the health of the business. The forecast is the only thing that drives behaviour.
