The people at Pointman are awesome, they are some of the best people to work with, on both a personal and professional level! Everyone there is down to earth, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking!
There is a lot of opportunity to learn, improve, grow and advance in a variety of career paths. There are frequent chances to make a lasting impact on both the company itself as well as in the lives of its customers.
Management is open and encouraging of suggestions for improvement and are willing to adopt new practices and procedures to help keep everyone happy and productive. They are also well aware of industry standards and make a concerted effort to adhere to best practices and implement new tools/resources whenever possible.
The culture is open and welcoming, most often trusting individuals to make their own decisions without any micromanaging. Though there are always knowledgeable people to bounce ideas off of and to work with when desired. Everybody there works well together as a team and ensures that no one person is left picking up the slack. The working hours are flexible, and everyone is very understanding and accepting of personal preferences.
The problems and challenges often leave room for various approaches, and as such allow for a wealth of different perspectives to make meaning contributions.
Overall Pointman is a fantastic company and the people working there really try their hardest to keep it that way!
