Pointman welcomes all feedback from current and former employees, even when it is negative, and we are constantly seeking ways to improve. However, in this case, we strongly contest that the above information is false and misleading and the statements made regarding the status of several former or current employees are inaccurate.
The legal case referenced above was thoroughly investigated by the NYS Division of Human Rights and dismissed for showing no probable cause of any unlawful discrimination or harassment.
As a company, we remain committed to honoring the value of a diverse workforce.
