You can communicate with all teams. Freshers can learn new things , maximum up to one year. That's it.
Cons
1. No one knows who is spy. 2. Company is full of monitoring cameras. 3. Less salary when compare to other reputed IT companies. 4. More compulsion to stay night frequently(Mostly 3:2 ratio) . 5. Funny thing is , 100 rupees for night stay. 6. Company thinking only four pillars(Seniors) are enough. 7. Management always watching the employee activities through CCTV camera. 8. Seniors are all thinking they are everything in company. 9. Continuous and compulsory night stays. 10. Team leaders ask employees to come and work in weekends , even sometimes on Sunday. 11. No extra salary for extra working hours and weekend workings. 12. Employees can have paid casual leaves . But funny thing is , 100 rupees is deducted per day . 13. Etc..... to be continued from other employees.
