Not to many downsides to the job.

The application and interview were straight forward. If you are a single parent, most bosses will be a bit more flexible. The pay was wonderful.

- Working at PCGH is not for the faint of heart. If you do not like a heavy dose of politics with your work, do not apply here. - Being that this is a hospital in a small town, if you are new, then I suggest obtaining a thick skin. People will ask you inappropriate things because they do not know any better.
