Pros
- good pay comparing to many companies - some people really like benefits but for me it’s not crucial. I guess it could be a plus - office location
Cons
- absolute chaos in working processes. I have an impression that company grew fast and no one knows what to do with this level of responsibility - no chance for promotion because of extremely flat structure. In most cases you cannot go above associate level, not even to be senior assoc. - strong pressure on visibility. You basically do anything so some colleagues will not assess you bad during year end review. Pressure on taking part in after work projects and doing something ad-hoc all the time just to impress someone - strong pressure on inventing ideas for automatization, it’s getting too annoying and overwhelming when you’re asked about new automatization ideas every single day
