      Pros

      You get to teach yourself a lot of useful skills. If you like working on your own and teaching yourself, it's great.

      Cons

      No coherent management strategy, mistake after mistake is made to the point where you get asked to work for free. The CEO constantly shoots himself and everyone else in the foot.

      -Staffs are super kind, interactive -Space to learn and grow in a company

      -because this is still a start up company, the budget is not consistent.

      Pros

      During my time at Point Motion, I built strong foundations for my UX career and had a very supportive team. The remote setting still allowed for good collaboration.

      Cons

      The company had issues at the higher management and board level.
