      Pay is decent. They’re at least trying to hire enough people to manage workloads

      Cons

      Company has grown too quickly and added new processes before making sure existing processes were scalable. No room for growth

      Managers are incredibly flexible and helpful. They provide help when needed but do not micromanage.

      Cons

      Remote work is not for all, but there are options to get around this.

      Extremely unorganized, very high turn over, would not recommend. Nepotism, no career growth, a complete mess of an organization
