      Paycheck is the only pro

      Cons

      Favoritism! Will use you for anything good you bring and takes credit for everything, won’t appreciate you or thank you for zilch unless your a the “he used to be my step daddy”/family member. Which I thought is borderline nepotism.

      Lots of opportunity and management that listens.

      Cons

      Processes aren’t always the most efficient. Not as much communication from the top as you would like to see.

      Take home truck, gas card,company phone and laptop

      Cons

      Work load, expectations, company would take sides in a difficult situation which was usually the customer's not the the tech. Network issues seemed very frequent.
