Pros

My boss has been flexible with scheduling needs.

Cons

Retention is a huge problem. You commission based on the amount of people that stay in the program. The retention department basically rolls over and give them what they want. When customer service years they want to cancel, they pretty much stop the payment right away. No one tries to help or gets them to try and stay in the program. That messes with what you can make with commission and many people have had problems with that.

Pros

I’ve had an incredibly rewarding experience working at Point Break Financial over the past year. I started as a Sales Representative and, through consistent performance and support from leadership, was promoted to Senior Sales Lead within six months, and then to Manager by my 11th month. The company truly recognizes hard work and creates real opportunities for growth and advancement. The leadership team is supportive, hands-on, and invested in employee development. There’s a strong culture of coaching and continuous improvement, which helped me sharpen both my sales and leadership skills quickly. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, but also collaborative—everyone wants to see each other succeed. If you’re motivated and willing to put in the work, there’s a clear path to grow here.

Cons

The pace can be demanding at times, especially for those not used to a high-performance sales environment. Expectations are high, and the learning curve can be steep in the beginning. However, with the right mindset and work ethic, it becomes a great opportunity rather than a drawback.
